i ve seen that the memberlist is full. Full with members, full with NON-Members.
I think its very bad, to show this long, long list.
I hope we could put only all members in this list and another for people
who connect here....Only for image!!!

Nice you said that, Major (Bench).
Here is the thing, it works like that. Members list shows people that are registered on forum. If you want to get only members of our clan, you should use filter (list "Sort by") on page with members, and choose "Usergroups" and you will have only members of our clan, sorted by their status in clan. I think that is what you wanted.

One other option, guys, is you can create custom ranks, and that way it will be more obvious who is a member and who is not.

Well, i suppose you didn't look carefully ...
All members that has name colored are members of clan. All users registered on this forum has their name in gray. Also you can look at the bottom of the home page, there are rankings.
In members list you can see their rankings (founders, council members, members, trial members).
